• Trity Enviro Solutions (operating at trityenviro.com) - Wastewater Treatment Solutions including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
• Trity Pipes (operating at tritypipes.com) - High-quality Pipe Manufacturing for plumbing and infrastructure

By accessing or using our digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

We implement OTP verification for sensitive operations. Passwords are stored using industry-standard encryption.

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance. You will receive confirmation from noreply@trityenviron.com.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change. Applicable taxes (GST) will be added as per Indian tax laws.

Payment Methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, RTGS, NEFT, and Company Cheques.

7. Shipping, Returns & AMC

Applicability: AMC services apply ONLY to Trity Enviro Solutions customers.

8. Warranty

Trity Pipes: Manufacturing warranty as specified on individual product pages. For complete warranty terms and return process, please refer to our Return Policy page.

Trity Enviro: Equipment warranty terms are specified in the individual Project Agreement.

Warranty Exclusions: Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or force majeure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trity Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on our platforms, including trademarks ("Trity," "Trity Enviro," "Trity Pipes"), is the property of Trity Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass or harm other users or employees
• Submit false or misleading information
