Return & Refund Policy
This policy governs returns, replacements, and refunds for products and services offered by Trity Group.
1. Scope & Applicability
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Trity Group websites:
- trityenviron.com (Trity Group - Corporate Website)
- trityenviro.com (Trity Enviro Solutions)
- tritypipes.com (Trity Pipes)
2. Return Eligibility (Trity Pipes)
For products purchased from Trity Pipes (PVC, CPVC, UPVC pipes and related products), the following conditions apply:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Products must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
- Bulk orders (above 500 units) may have modified return terms as agreed in the Purchase Order
3. Return Process (Trity Pipes)
To initiate a return for Trity Pipes products:
- Contact our support team at support@trityenviron.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return
- Share photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)
- Wait for return approval from our team (within 2-3 business days)
- Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse
- After quality inspection, refund will be processed
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Timeline (Trity Pipes)
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Quality Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Card, etc.)
- Notification: You will receive email confirmation once refund is initiated
Please note that banks may take additional 2-3 days to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Trity Pipes)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut or made-to-order pipes
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Products with missing original packaging or labels
- Clearance or discounted items (sold as "non-returnable")
- Bulk orders where custom terms were agreed in the Purchase Order
6. Trity Enviro Solutions Projects
For Trity Enviro Solutions projects:
- Returns/Refunds are generally not applicable as products are custom-manufactured for each project
- Warranty, replacement, and defect resolution are governed by the individual Project Agreement signed with Trity Enviro Solutions
- For any issues related to equipment performance, installation, or defects, please refer to your Project Agreement terms
- Contact our support team with your project ID for assistance
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or discrepancy from the agreed specifications, please notify us immediately. Resolution will be as per the terms of your specific Project Agreement.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Trity Pipes Products:
- If the product is defective or damaged due to our error - Return shipping costs are borne by Trity Group
- If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) - Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Trity Enviro Solutions: Shipping costs for any returns or replacements are governed by the individual Project Agreement.
