2. Information Technology Act, 2000 Compliance

Trity Group complies with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the following rules:

  • Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 - We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
  • Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 - We operate as an intermediary and comply with due diligence requirements.
  • Information Technology (Guidelines for Cyber Cafe) Rules, 2011 - Where applicable.

Trity Enviro Solutions operates in strict compliance with environmental laws and regulations:

All STP/ETP solutions are designed and supplied in compliance with environmental standards and CPCB/SPCB guidelines.

Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974

Our treatment solutions adhere to prescribed effluent discharge standards.

Hazardous Waste Management Rules

Proper handling and disposal of waste generated during STP/ETP operations.

CPCB/SPCB Certifications

Note: Final compliance certification for any installed STP/ETP plant is subject to site-specific conditions and regulatory approval. Trity Enviro Solutions assists clients in obtaining necessary clearances.
