This policy governs shipping, delivery, and related charges for products and services offered by Trity Group.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Shipping Policy applies to all deliveries made through Trity Group websites:

Important: Shipping policies differ between Trity Pipes (standard product delivery) and Trity Enviro Solutions (project-based delivery). Please read the applicable section carefully.

2. Shipping Zones

Trity Group currently ships to the following locations:

Domestic (India)

All states and union territories of India. Delivery timelines vary by location.

International

Limited international shipping available for Trity Pipes products. Please contact support for a quote. Trity Enviro projects are typically domestic only.

3. Delivery Timelines (Trity Pipes)

For standard products from Trity Pipes (PVC, CPVC, UPVC pipes and fittings):

Note: Timelines are estimates from the date of order confirmation. Bulk orders (500+ units) may have modified timelines as agreed in the Purchase Order.

4. Delivery Timelines (Trity Enviro Solutions)

Important: For STP, ETP, WTP, RO Plants, and other custom-engineered solutions, standard shipping timelines DO NOT apply.

For Trity Enviro Solutions projects:

  • Delivery timelines are project-specific and discussed during the consultation phase
  • Timelines are documented in the individual Project Agreement
  • Factors affecting delivery include: plant size, customization requirements, site readiness, and regulatory approvals
  • Equipment delivery and installation are typically separate milestones
  • For AMC services, response times are specified in the AMC agreement

Please refer to your Project Agreement for exact delivery schedules. For new inquiries, contact our sales team for a customized timeline.

5. Shipping Charges

Trity Pipes Products
  • Within India: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹10,000 (within India, excluding remote locations)
  • Bulk Orders: Shipping costs quoted separately as part of the Purchase Order
  • International: Calculated on a case-by-case basis - contact support for a quote
Trity Enviro Solutions
  • Shipping, logistics, and installation costs are included in the project quotation
  • These costs are specified in the individual Project Agreement
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special transportation requirements
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product).

6. Order Tracking

Trity Pipes Products:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS
  • You can also track your order from your account dashboard
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch

Trity Enviro Solutions:

  • Project milestones and delivery updates are shared through your dedicated project coordinator
  • Regular updates are provided via email and phone as per the project communication plan

7. Delivery Issues & Damages

For Trity Pipes Products
  • Visible Damage: If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt
  • Hidden Damage: Inspect products within 48 hours of delivery. Report any damage to support@trityenviron.com with photographs
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the order, contact us within 3 days
  • Wrong Item: If you receive incorrect products, notify us within 7 days of delivery

For damage claims, we may require photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label for investigation.

For Trity Enviro Solutions
  • Equipment damages during transit should be noted in the Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
  • Notify your project coordinator immediately
  • Resolution is governed by the terms of your Project Agreement

8. International Shipping

Trity Pipes offers limited international shipping to select countries.

  • Process: Contact our support team for a shipping quote before placing an order
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
  • Delivery Timelines: Vary significantly by destination - typically 15-30 business days
  • Restrictions: Some products may have export restrictions - check with our team
Note: Trity Enviro Solutions does not currently offer international shipping for STP/ETP projects.
